Saturday night Home made pizza! Mochi?

Hi Guys and girls!

It was pizza night last night. Chrissy made the dough from scratch. I also made mochi with the mochi maker I bought last spring in Japan. I tried mixing the dough with mochi. Not bad for our first try. I think around 25%, 75% dough might be good? Next time. I hope you had a good weekend!

Three cheers for Pizza Fridays! It looks like you were preparing a lot of pizzas for that night. And I think making mochi on the side was a good idea, just to add a bit of variety to the evening. Anyway, thanks for sharing this with us, Doug. Have a great day!
