Today was hot! Snow is melting fast. Good thing this is the last weekend here! We trained SL today! The guys trained hard in the heat! More improvement in upper lower body separation! Also worked on flush combinations and how to ski them. Nice work! The courses did stay in good condition. A smooth rut. The last weekend coming up. Looking forward to seeing those who are training. See you tomorrow!

The first thing I would like to say is congratulations to all those who performed in races lately! I have heard some SUPER results! Very proud of everyone's efforts! It has been such a great season! Second, the training was good today. The snow slowly softened, but was very solid for most of the morning! I am teaching a lot in the basic skill areas. It is really paying off in your skiing. At least I can play many different games with him when we are together! Tajanna and him are doing well! Very healthy and happy, including Seb, the happy father! Congratulations to the new family! Skiing was ok today! Foggy for the morning, so we did basic drills! Nice work. Should be better weather tomorrow! Bye for now!

Warm day,but the snow was stable! Too bad they did not groom the runs though. It was a little bumpy on the flats, but I manged to avoid most of the big ruts when I set the course! Looks to be good for Saturday. Cool and no rain or snow in the forecast! Good luck to those in races!

Hi!!! Ok, today was a much better day for training! Sunny and cool. The snow stayed hard throughout our training time! It was a mix discipline day. SL and GS. Those are hard days to coach for me. Lots of set up and maintaining! It was good for those who took part! Nice skiing everyone. There are some that are going back to their old ways which is tough to watch. Sometimes that happens. We will have to keep working on the basics! GS is the discipline tomorrow. Should be good. Sun is in the forecast. Warm though, so the snow is going to soften up!

Talk about crazy weather!!! From Sunny and warm, to rain, fog , cold , sleet, and crumbly snow. The most extreme change I have witnessed! We had to cancel the final SL session because of the bad snow conditions! Thank you everyone who took part in this weekends training. Sorry about the cancelled session! Many racers are making big strides towards fast skiing though. Great work girls and guys! Hopefully better training tomorrow!

Hi all! It was the hottest day so far this spring! Super Sunny! The group did a great job slipping the course! Kept it very safe! Nice work! Trained GS and SL today. Some racers are testing the new GS 30m and 35m radius skis. They seem to be able to handle them!

First, I would like to say thank you very much for coming to train this past week. It was very busy during the week day training sessions. I am thrilled I am able to assist so many skiers help reach their individual goals! Thanks again! The snow has turned to that spring, slush condition! Please be ready for it! Hard in the morning, soft in the afternoon. We set a basic SL set and a GS course. As I said before it was busy for a week day. 14 racers. Most of them training GS. More people are asking questions which is great! Keep them coming. Looks to be good for the weekend. Around 25 racers or so. Good weather! See you tomorrow!

Oh my Ge! Another Super spring day! Sunny but hard snow. Could not ask for more! Suppose to be warmer tomorrow! Trained GS. A mix of Seniors, adults and kids. Fun Group! Next years GS skis arrived. 195 cm, 35 m radius GS, and 188cm, 30 m radius GS. I tried the 195cm skis and they definitely work better on ice. They are very tricky on soft snow! Pictures of the group training GS!
