Hi Everyone,
It has been very dry and hot in B.C. and the Forests are dry! Today 2 Fires have started close to Kelowna. Many homes have burnt already and the wind has been strong so fighting the fire is very difficult. My house is on the opposite side of the lake to where the fire is. So we are safe. I do have friends who have homes over there though. I hope there homes make it.

P.S. The wind was so strong it made waves bid enough to body surf on tonight. the kids and I had fun in them!
