World Cup in Canada

It was exciting to see the World Cup races in Canada! Canadian racers were solid in the first speed events of the season. Nice! It was been mild where I live British Columbia. No snow in Kelowna, but some snow up in the hills. I know there is skiing in Japan and that many have already started skiing. Exciting! Try to get lots of runs in. Work on the basics! Good balance on your skis, smooth balance changes from foot to foot, edging drills, powering the ski, pole plant and look down the hill! I am looking forward to the season. Sorry I will be arriving in Japan late! I have family responsibility's I must follow through on! Be prepared , be strong! Bye for now. Doug
