World Cup in Canada

It was exciting to see the World Cup races in Canada! Canadian racers were solid in the first speed events of the season. Nice! It was been mild where I live British Columbia. No snow in Kelowna, but some snow up in the hills. I know there is skiing in Japan and that many have already started skiing. Exciting! Try to get lots of runs in. Work on the basics! Good balance on your skis, smooth balance changes from foot to foot, edging drills, powering the ski, pole plant and look down the hill! I am looking forward to the season. Sorry I will be arriving in Japan late! I have family responsibility's I must follow through on! Be prepared , be strong! Bye for now. Doug

Hi all, Christmas is on the way. Since I am always in Japan for Christmas we decorate the house early. It was fun to do with the family!

Hi everyone, I am so sorry for my lack of Blogging! I hope you have all been motivated over the summer to improve your fitness levels! Snow has been falling here in Kelowna. I am very excited to start the ski season. Halloween was fun this year. I went out with Chrissy, Makaiya and friends, instead of giving candy out at our house. Thank you to all of our Veterans for keeping our country safe and for fighting for what we have today!!!!!! Incredible sacrifice! Remember!
