Hi Everyone,
It is a rainy day here finally! It is a nice change.
Yesterday in the afternoon. Makaiya and I setup an obstical course. it was very fun for both of us. First we had to run through a SL course, then jump over sticks forwars, then backward then sideways(bothways), then diagnally. next to another diagnal jumping station, and finally a forward roll through a hoop. Chrissy and Makaiya even went through it! Makaiya improved with speed and technique every time she went through it! I was very proud of her.
It was also my Birthday yesterday! Had a small party and ater lots of cake.
Well, time for work.
