It was a great day of training! Super icy snow ! Hisashiburi! It should be hard snow tomorrow too, so be prepared with sharp edges!

I am thrilled to see the improvement of most of the group! I believe the drills we are performing and the progressive flat to steep training is paying off! Good work girls and guys!!!
I feel that more improvements can be made by increasing general strength and power by all! After the ski season be focused and go for a big increase in that area!!!!!!!!
