Great pole training !!

Today we had the best training of the season! Sunny sky, hard snow, and the group really ripped it up! Fun to coach on great days like this!

It was very nice to see everyone this weekend. We got many good runs in at Omatsu Yama! We are starting pole training late but,we have made big strides in our basic moves! Really good effort and focus from all.

Decmber 19th update

Hi Team,

My pc has been down for a while. I had to factory reboot! UGH!

The weather has finally cooled down. Which is great for snow making. I hope we can start training gates at Tsubakuro soon.

The good thing about not being able to train in gates is that we have been able to free ski more than usual. I am thrilled to how you have all improved drastically! Great effort you guys!

2015/ 2016 season!

Hi Everyone!

This years racing season is quickly approaching! I am very much looking forward to it, just as I know you are!

I am sure you are fully prepared physically by being active during the off season. I am sure this will be our best season yet!

Being strong and fit is important! As is our mental control. Your self talk, and self imagery are something no one can hear or see. So it is difficult for me to see how each of you look and talk to your selves. You must do your best control your thoughts! Always positive and what you want! You may slip and think negatively sometimes but stop your thought and start again. Please do your best!

My family started decorating for Christmas. Early but, Chrissy likes to do that for me!

September Update

Hi Everyone!

It was a great summer here in Canada. Clear skies, hot temperatures! Yukino's visit was fun! Work has been busy! I have actually started installing cabinetry in another apartment. This time in Kelowna. Lucky!



I see on face book many of you are training hard to get strong for the next season. Nice work! Keep Training hard! The Racing season is just around the corner.

My Birthday Dinner!

We had an incredible dinner last night! Chrissy made dinner. Roast beef, potatoes, carrots.

Yesterday we went for a hike a Big White Ski Resort.
Summit: 2,319m (7,606 ft)
Village Centre: 1,755m (5,757 ft)
Westridge Base: 1,508m (4,950 ft)

Weekend in Kelowna!

Boating onOkanagan Lake

Hi All,

Chrissy's sister's family is in town. They are here for the summer. My Friend Gary Walthers and his Dad took Myself, Chrissy , Makaiya, and her 3 cousins for a boating day last Sunday! We cruised around, ate lunch, swam, and did tubing for the day Super fun!

Summer update!

Hi All,

Sorry it has been a long time since my last update!!!

I have been busy with my summer work! Installing kitchens in a Senior complex! 81 Kitchens! I just finished last week!

I have had fun too. Playing quite a bit of golf! Best score 74!! My best score ever! Happy about that!

Today we are going boating with a friend. It should be fun! I will take some pictures and update later.

I am in Narita now waiting for my flight. I am excited to go home but I am also sad to leave all of my friends here in Japan! I feel so lucky that you all choose to train with us at Accel!!!!!!! Thank you so much! I enjoyed the season very much! It is always fulfilling for me to see you all improve!

Please set high goals for yourselves for next season! You can achieve what ever you choose to picture in your mind! Why not choose to be the ultimate racers, Champions!!!!! Once you picture that, then go to work and play hard, and work hard to achieve that. Prepare in as many areas as you can. Be fast , strong, powerful, flexible, tune you ski equipment properly, choose the equipment best for you, eat right, rest when needed and so on! To make extra ordinary results you must do extra ordinary preparation!

Busy Spring Camp

Whao! It has been a great spring break camp. Lots of kids training, steady improvement, good weather!

Feb, 4 Update

Hi Girls and Guys!

All good here in Sugadaira! The snow is compact, icy in the rut! Sunny day and a group of 8 racers! Perfect day! Perfect because the racers really ripped it up! I am proud of the focus and dedication of all Accel racers! I have witnessed a solid jump in all of your levels!

Good luck to all of you in Races coming up this weekend. Just look for your max power, carving line, in any course! Moving quickly and powerfully! See yourself as a strong, confident, smooth, winning racer! You are the Best!
